Customer interest was owerwhelming during Ismeca's first day at SEMICON Taiwan. Many Subcons showed keen interest in the Die Handler (NX32W) running at more than 15k. A large part of the visitors were impressed by the technical capabilities of the QFN handler (turret-based NX216LL-HS).

"The first day was a big success and a little bit a surprise. When comparing with SEMICON Shanghai or Singapore, the place here was much more crowded and visitors showed big interest. It was the perfect decision to come here with our equipment and to show the Taiwanese market our leading capabilities" said Ian von Fellenberg, Regional Manager North Asia.

"The show is still now over, and we already have had a large number of appointments with important customers in Taiwan. So far, the show has by far met my high expectations", said Andreas Mitterdorfer, Head of Sales and Marketing.
