Since today, Ismeca Semiconductor marks is presence at SEMICON Taiwan for the first time since many years. This reflects the increasing importance of the Taiwanese market to Ismeca Semiconductor.

"After having not present for a couple of years, we decided this spring to come back and to show the machines best suited for the Taiwanese market", as Andreas Mitterdorfer, Head of Sales and Marketing said.

Ismeca is presenting two machines. First, its new NX32W-DT Die Taping machine, running at tremendiously 15k UPH with a wafer input capability of up to 12''. Second, a NX216LL-HS High-Speed QFN test and scan machine for QFNs from 2x2 up to 12x12 with bolw input and up to 4 test stations.

Ismeca's booth can be found in hall 1 at location 2920 (on the right of the hall, located behind from the main entrance). Ian von Fellenberg Region Manager North Asia) and Andreas Mitterdorfer (VP Sales and Marketing) are present.
