Job Functions :

· Manage customer projects from feasibility study up to final acceptance by the customer.

· Ensure that the project is realised within the agreed delivery schedule, costs and specifications, conformity with the objectives and guidelines of the group.

· Drive the project internally with all departments concerned and with end-customers.

· Plan and monitor the work progress of the project for compliance with standards and the detailed development plan and budget.

· Adapt and/or modify standard engineering techniques to develop concepts in response to engineering problems and development needs within the discipline.

· Liaise with all related parties to ensure smooth implementation of the project.

· Provide strong leadership and management to the operational staff.

· Coordinate all information between the customer, sales, product manager and all related parties.

· Achieve records of the project details.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Must possess strong technical acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong management, leadership and resourceful skills, mature, self-motivated, analytical, independent, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Experienced in machinery and project management is required.
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Must be able to manage long term and short term project with good time or priority management.
• Must be willing to travel ~ 30%
• Computer literate and can use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Willing to work in Melaka.
